Busey-Evans Residence Hall, University of Illinois

We can arrange accommodation for conference registrants in a single student dorm room on campus Busey-Evans Residence Hall. Please use the "Accommodation" option in the registration form to indicate whether you prefer to make your own accommodation arrangements (see below) or would like accommodation to be provided for you in Busey-Evans Hall. The cost of a dorm room is $39.45 per night. The deadline to register with dorm accomodations is Wednesday, 2 May.

A block of 25 rooms has been reserved under the name "LON-CAPA Conference" for Thursday, 17 May with departure on Sunday, 20 May 2007. Hotel cancellations must be made by 17 May at 6 PM.

The rate is $75 per night for a queen, non-smoking room. Attendees will need to contact the hotel directly to make reservations, and attendees will pay for their own accomodations and incidentals.

Conference registration includes morning refreshments and afternoon lunches. Buffet-style finger foods will also be provided at Thursday night's reception, and dinner will be provided on Saturday evening (dinner is not provided Friday).
